Michael H. Rodgers has been defending clients in Dallas and Collin Counties- and throughout north Texas - since 1975. Licensed in all Texas state courts, Mike's cases have taken him to Houston, Austin, El Paso, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Midland and Marfa, to name a few. Juries have found Mike's clients not guilty in many cases, including rape, prostitution, unlawfully carrying a weapon, liquor law violations, DWI, drug possession, assault/family violence, theft, bribery, extortion and murder.

Admitted to practice in all four United States District Courts in Texas, Mike has defended federal clients before juries throughout the state. His federal practice has also taken him from California (case involving alleged online "cracking" and theft of LucasFilm and DreamWorks gaming codes) to Illinois (where Mike's efforts resulted in dismissal of his client's 50-pound cocaine trafficking case.)
